Alignment Engineer - Remote

Overview

The Alignment Engineer is responsible for ensuring that clients align with company standards, conducting reviews, and maintaining documentation while working remotely.

In Short

• Perform Remote Standards and Alignment Reviews.
• Maintain and update Client Standards templates.
• Develop technical knowledge of Clients’ environments.
• Conduct thorough checks of Clients’ information and documentation.
• Uphold best practices and report recommendations.
• Identify Client technical risks and collaborate with teams.
• Contribute to the ITS Standards Library.
• Maintain strong client relationships.
• Assist in training and development of staff.
• Implement and promote Company Policies and Procedures.

Requirements

• 3+ years in IT administration or technical support.
• Knowledge of IT and telecommunications infrastructure.
• Experience with network and workstation operating systems.
• Tertiary qualifications in Computer Science or IT.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Client service orientation and attention to detail.
