In Short

Build sophisticated agents from scratch.
Design multi-agent systems for collaboration and execution.
Develop Model Context Protocols to enhance agent capabilities.
Identify and eliminate inefficiencies through automation.
Mastery of Python and flexibility with other languages.
Experience with CI/CD and keeping AI systems running in production.

Required experience with RAG pipelines and major LLM providers.
Fluent communication in Portuguese is essential.

Requirements

Mastery of Python and other programming languages.
Experience with CI/CD processes.
Knowledge of Model Context Protocols.
Experience with RAG pipelines, LangChain/LangGraph.
Familiarity with LLM providers like OpenAI, Anthropic, Google.
Fluent in Portuguese for communication and debugging.
Strong problem-solving mindset.
Ability to work autonomously.
Direct communication style.
Passion for creating impactful code.
