We are seeking an AI Agent Engineer to bridge the gap between our cutting-edge products and our customers' technical needs, ensuring successful deployment and integration. In this role, you will work closely with customer success, sales, product, and engineering teams to deliver AI-driven solutions that drive measurable value for our customers.

In Short

• Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and design tailored AI-driven solutions.
• Serve as the technical expert during the post-sales process.
• Work closely with customers to assess their current systems and workflows.
• Develop and deliver customized product configurations and prototypes.
• Assist in the implementation process by providing technical guidance.
• Act as a liaison between customers and the product development team.
• Provide post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Create and maintain technical documentation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a solutions engineering or technical consulting role.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Extreme sense of ownership, urgency, and customer obsession.
• Experience with programming languages such as Python, Java, or similar.
• Strong technical background with experience in software development.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple customer engagements simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
