IT System Administrator (Remote - India)

As an IT System Administrator working the US shift, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring seamless technology operations across a global team. You'll support cloud-first environments, manage user access and device configurations, and contribute to maintaining a secure, well-documented IT infrastructure. This role is ideal for someone with strong technical troubleshooting skills, a proactive mindset, and a deep understanding of SaaS platforms and identity management systems. You'll collaborate closely with colleagues in the US and UK to ensure global IT service continuity, making a direct impact on employee productivity and IT security.

In Short

• Deliver high-quality support to end-users in a global, cloud-based environment.
• Oversee service desk operations, including ticket resolution, onboarding/offboarding, and escalation handling.
• Manage SaaS account provisioning and license tracking across 200+ tools.
• Support workstation configuration using MDM tools (Intune, JAMF).
• Collaborate with cybersecurity and compliance teams on access reviews and reports.
• Administer and troubleshoot identity systems, especially Okta and O365 SSO integrations.
• Work with application owners to configure SAML, OIDC, SCIM for SSO and support new SaaS onboarding.
• Document processes and maintain IT operational procedures for knowledge sharing and continuity.
