IT System Administrator (m/f/d) - REMOTE

Overview

This position is for an IT System Administrator who will primarily work remotely with occasional visits to the office in Hamburg. The role involves managing virtual applications and system administration tasks.

In Short

• Creating and maintaining App-V packages for virtualized applications.
• Managing and developing the Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops environment.
• Application delivery and troubleshooting technical issues.
• Handling incidents and service requests, e.g., via Remedy.
• Implementing authorization and role concepts for specific procedures.
• Creating PowerShell scripts for automation.
• Documenting processes and transferring knowledge within the team.

Requirements

• Experience in system administration.
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Terminal Servers and Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops.
• Experience with App-V, ideally also with MSIX.
• Proficient in PowerShell for automation.
• Familiarity with ITSM systems, e.g., Remedy.
• German language skills (minimum C1 level).
• At least 5 years of residency in Germany (German citizenship or EU citizen).
