Overview

The IT Security Manager will actively contribute to the security of modern IT infrastructures, with the option to work from home or from Hamburg.

In Short

• Handle security-related standard incidents in daily operations (e.g., lost devices, user requests).
• Create documentation and security assessments in an enterprise environment.
• Advise internal customers on IT security issues and support risk assessments.
• Utilize and maintain existing knowledge databases (Confluence) during incident handling.
• Collaborate with the team to continuously improve security processes.

Requirements

• Completed IT training, degree, or comparable professional experience in IT.
• Good technical understanding, especially in Microsoft enterprise environments and networking technologies.
• Interest in IT security topics and ideally first exposure to BSI basic protection.
• Strong communication skills and willingness to collaborate across teams.
• Structured working style and readiness to familiarize with existing processes.
