IT System Administrator - Remote

Overview

We are looking for an IT System Administrator to support a small team in the IT industry, offering a long-term position with the possibility of extension and takeover.

In Short

• Support in telephone and remote-based service desk support (1st and 2nd level)
• Participate in on-site service operations at customer locations
• Implement small orders in the areas of client, server, network, and cloud
• Assist in system maintenance and upkeep tasks
• Collaborate on technical projects with the engineering team

Requirements

• Completed IT education as a computer scientist with a focus on system technology
• Eagerness to learn and recognize complex relationships
• Team-oriented and willing to find solutions together
• Independent, engaged, and positively presenting personality
• Confident and responsible demeanor in customer interactions
• Valid driver's license for occasional customer visits
• Fluent in German, both written and spoken
