ICT System Engineer - Remote

Overview

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic ICT System Engineer to ensure smooth IT operations and support.

In Short

• Ensure smooth IT operations and handle incidents in 2nd-level support.
• Implement minor system adjustments and perform regular maintenance.
• Receive and coordinate customer requests with internal and external partners.
• Develop and optimize IT infrastructure in customer environments.

Requirements

• Completed or ongoing degree in Computer Science with a focus on system technology.
• Solid knowledge in IT infrastructure and related services.
• In-depth knowledge of cloud technologies, especially Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Azure.
• Customer-oriented approach and ability to work independently and in a team.
• Very good German and good English language skills.
• Possession of a category B driver's license.
