Overview

We are looking for a Junior ICT-Service Desk Supporter to assist employees with everyday IT issues and ensure a functioning user support system in the healthcare sector.

In Short

• Support staff with daily IT inquiries and ensure effective user support.

Requirements

• Completed degree or apprenticeship in IT.
• Practical experience in technical user support or service desk role.
• Willingness for occasional on-call duties outside regular working hours.
• Strong service orientation and communication skills.
• High engagement and willingness for continuous professional development.
• Fluent in German, both spoken and written.
