Overview

The Bikeleasing group is expanding and offers various benefits alongside its bike leasing services. We are seeking reinforcement in First-Level Support due to strong growth and internal restructuring for internationalization.

In Short

• Responsible for First-Level Support, from installation to troubleshooting of work laptops.
• Install and configure standard devices during onboarding of new employees.
• Manage user accounts and permissions.
• Analyze and resolve technical issues to ensure smooth IT operations.
• Document processes and solutions to optimize IT structure.

Requirements

• Completed training as an IT specialist or a comparable qualification.
• Proficient with Microsoft technologies (e.g., Windows Clients, Windows 11, Office 365, mobile devices) & iOS.
• Ideally experienced with networks, protocols, WLAN/LAN components, and data protection.
• Good knowledge of TCP/IP, MS operating systems, and MS servers.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to changing IT-related tasks.
