A detail-oriented and proactive Recruiting Coordinator is needed to facilitate a seamless hiring experience at ZetaChain, a company building the future of blockchain technology.

In Short

• Contract, part-time position (20 hours/week)
• Remote work with a hybrid schedule (1 day/week in office)
• Coordinate interviews across multiple time zones
• Manage calendars and communications for candidate logistics
• Maintain data in the applicant tracking system (Greenhouse)
• Provide professional communication to candidates and hiring managers
• Support onsite candidate experience
• Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers
• Contribute to recruiting-related projects
• 6-month duration with potential for extension

Requirements

• 1+ years in recruiting coordination or HR support role
• Proficiency with Google Workspace
• Experience with ATS platforms (preferably Greenhouse)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Based in the San Francisco Bay Area
• Web3 experience is a plus
