Corporate Finance Director - Remote

Overview

The Corporate Finance Director will serve as a key member of the finance leadership team, partnering closely with the CFO and functional leaders to drive financial insight, planning discipline, and operational excellence.

• Lead company-wide budgeting and forecasting cycles.
• Own the long-range financial model and scenario analyses.
• Oversee monthly variance analysis and partner with department heads.
• Deliver insightful financial packages for the Board of Directors.
• Support strategic initiatives including pricing strategy and cost optimization.
• Partner cross-functionally to evaluate ROI on investments.
• Develop executive summary write-ups highlighting performance trends.
• Evaluate and implement an FP&A tool for reporting automation.
• Mentor finance team members in analytical rigor and modeling.
• Foster collaboration between finance, operations, and client service teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
• 7–10+ years of experience in FP&A or corporate finance roles.
• Experience in a high-growth, recurring-revenue business environment.
• Strong financial modeling and Excel/Google Sheets skills.
• Exceptional analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
• Strong business acumen and ability to influence decisions.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
