Associate Product Manager - Remote

Aduro is at an inflection point. After years of establishing ourselves as a premier services-first fund administrator, we have moved beyond the initial build-out phase and are entering a period of significant institutional growth and operational maturing. While our external platform, FundPanel, continues to gain traction, we are now focused on professionalizing and scaling the internal engine that powers our business operations.

We are hiring an Associate Product Manager to take ownership of Adurosoft—our Revenue Operations software built on Salesforce—alongside our critical treasury, payments, client service, and compliance workflows. This role is perfect for a process-driven PM who thrives in the "plumbing" of a business and wants to build a scalable, enterprise-grade financial operating system. This is a full-time, remote role.

In Short

• Own the Internal Roadmap: Drive execution for Adurosoft and a variety of internal tools surrounding treasury, payments, client service, and compliance flows.
• Partner with Finance: Work directly with the CFO to ensure the RevOps infrastructure is robust, scalable, and provides a single source of truth for business health.
• Maturing Salesforce Architecture: Lead the effort to reconcile and optimize our Salesforce environment, managing technical debt and object limits to ensure the system can support our next order of magnitude in growth.
• Empower Client Services: Collaborate with internal service teams to ensure that downstream payment and treasury tools are efficient, secure, and user-friendly.
• Bridge the Gap: Translate complex business requirements from the CFO and service leaders into scoped, actionable tickets for your Salesforce Administrator.
• Manage Compliance Flows: Oversee the product logic for KYC, AML, and other regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of relevant experience with a strong technical or financial foundation.
• Experience managing internal tooling, back-office platforms, or complex business workflows.
• Experience in professional services, financial tooling, or a hybrid SaaS + services model.
• Exceptional writing and communication skills.
• Understanding of how data flows through an organization.
• Familiarity with Salesforce architecture and RevOps best practices.
• Basic understanding of treasury flows and compliance.
• Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-moving environment.
