Overview

Aduro Advisors is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive People Operations Coordinator to join our team, supporting top-tier clients in the Venture Capital & Private Equity space. This role is focused on enhancing the employee experience through excellent customer service and knowledgeable support.

In Short

• Ensure a positive onboarding experience for new team members.
• Manage offboarding processes and documentation.
• Handle promotions and employee data changes in the HRIS.
• Assist with basic requests in the People Ops inbox.
• Maintain employee files and policy updates.
• Support People Business Partners for monthly meetings.
• Evaluate and improve People Operations processes.

• Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficient in Google Suite applications.
