Head of Treasury - Remote

Overview

Aduro Advisors is looking for bright and talented individuals to join our team working to support top-tier clients in the Venture Capital & Private Equity space. The Head of Treasury will report to the Director of Client Service Operations and work with them to expand this department as part of the evolution of Aduro’s service model. They will be a key player in the design and scaling of this department, executing our mission of practical technical excellence, and overseeing the overall growth and development of their team.

In Short

• Oversee the daily treasury operations on behalf of clients.
• Lead a team of treasury professionals.
• Drive the implementation of a Treasury Management System (TMS).
• Develop and implement treasury policies and procedures.
• Manage banking relationships and negotiate bank fees.
• Identify and drive process improvements.
• Collaborate with accounting teams on client cash transactions.
• Stay informed about industry trends in treasury management.
• Support team growth and development.
• Instill a client service mentality in the Treasury team.

Requirements

• 8+ years in treasury operations; 4 years in management.
• Strong knowledge of treasury management systems.
• Experience in Venture Capital or Private Equity preferred.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in team management and development.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business.
• Advanced degree a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
