Senior Corporate Finance & Accounting Analyst - Remote

Overview

Aduro Advisors is looking for bright and talented individuals to join our growing Finance team. The Senior Corporate Finance and Accounting Analyst plays a critical role in supporting a 400+ employee organization by supporting core accounting operations and key FP&A processes with a strong focus on accuracy, scalability, and continuous improvement. This role partners closely across the organization, collaborating with business leaders, vendors, and employees, and reports directly to the Corporate Director of Finance with dotted-line reporting to the Assistant Corporate Controller to support the company’s financial operations and growth.

In Short

• Support preparation of annual budget and periodic forecast preparation.
• Prepare and maintain monthly departmental Budget vs. Actual (BvA) reporting.
• Maintain and administer FP&A systems and tools.
• Serve as Month-End Close preparer for payroll and payroll-related accounts.
• Manage the Accounts Payable (AP) function.
• Identify and resolve data discrepancies across HR systems.
• Partner cross-functionally with Accounting, FP&A, and PeopleOps.
• Support broader month-end close activities.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills.

Requirements

• 4 - 7 years of hands-on experience in corporate accounting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience supporting month-end close.
• Strong ability to reconcile and validate financial data.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Comfortable working with ERP/accounting systems.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills.
