In Short

• Prepare monthly and annual financial reports.
• Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial models.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for data accuracy.
• Generate invoices and track accounts receivable.
• Review payroll and new approvals.
• Process and review invoices for payments.
• Manage cash balances.
• Integrate AI in the accounting process.

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting.
• 5 years of experience in financial close and accounts payable.
• Experience in USGAAP accounting.
• Experience in Budgeting.
• Proficiency in Quickbooks and Accounts Payable Software.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office and Google Spreadsheets.
• Attention to detail and strong numeracy skills.
• Effective English communication skills.
