• Develop and implement comprehensive paid media strategies aligned with marketing goals.
• Manage and optimize campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and generate detailed reports.
• Implement optimizations to improve KPIs such as CTR, CPA, and ROAS.
• Collaborate with the team to test creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies.
• Identify trends and insights to optimize spend and performance based on the data.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices in paid media.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to overall digital marketing strategy discussions.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for the client.
• Translate data into actionable insights and clear recommendations.

Requirements

• Strong academic background in business or any STEM-related major.
• Proven experience in managing paid media campaigns with a strong track record of success.
• In-depth knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Agency experience.
• Hands-on familiarity with ad platforms.
• Nice to have experience/skills: Experience Running B2B Paid Media Campaigns, Familiarity With Financial Services or Fintech Clients, Google Ads or Meta Ads Certifications, Experience With TikTok Ads or CTV Ads, Familiarity With Google Analytics and Reporting Dashboards.
