• Research and identify high-impact SEO and content marketing tactics for high-growth startups and enterprise-level clients.
• Prepare client deliverables in collaboration with the Director of Growth (Sales) and internal sales team.
• Schedule, own, and drive all internal sales team meetings and agendas.
• Participate in internal sales meetings and summarize key takeaways and next steps.
• Collaborate with the Director of Growth (Sales) to track and support the execution of key strategic initiatives.
• Interact with internal sales teams, including the Founder/CEO and Senior Director of Operations.
• Monitor incoming leads, qualify potential prospects, and schedule discovery conversations.
• Create and optimize internal documents and playbooks to improve sales process efficiency.
• Potential opportunity to run initial discovery conversations with prospective clients.

Requirements

• Strong project management skills.
• 2-5 years of SEO experience.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Solution-oriented mindset with a focus on creativity and client service.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
• Excellent presentation and deck-building skills.
• Experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms is a plus.
• Familiarity with SEO tools like Semrush and Ahrefs is a plus.
