Overview

We seek a data-driven Paid Media Specialist to join our growing Digital team. You’ll work closely with our Digital Marketing Managers to develop, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns that drive measurable results for B2B clients.

In Short

• Build and manage paid media campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta platforms.
• Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies based on data-driven insights.
• Run A/B tests on ad creatives, landing pages, and audience segments.
• Ensure proper tracking and attribution with UTM parameters and conversion tracking.
• Align paid media efforts with broader marketing strategies.
• Build clear performance reports and insights for clients.
• Stay updated on the paid media landscape and recommend new strategies.

Requirements

• Strong background in managing paid media campaigns on Google, LinkedIn, and Meta.
• Agency experience with B2B clients.
• Expertise in LinkedIn strategy, audience targeting, and bid management.
• Proficient in analyzing performance metrics.
• Ability to build reporting decks for clients.
• Independent and proactive in seeking solutions.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Knowledge of DemandBase, Reddit, and Taboola Ads is a plus.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; additional languages are a bonus.
