Overview

As a Senior Corporate Finance Analyst, you’ll contribute to Rain’s exponential growth by providing the essential information that our Leadership team needs to drive strategic decisions.

In Short

• Maintain and improve the main financial model for investor reporting and budget control.
• Own and control company budgets, reporting on deviations and risks.
• Improve cash forecasting capabilities for accurate cash runway estimates.
• Analyze data for reporting accuracy and support strategic business decisions.
• Prepare financial planning data and analyze discrepancies.
• Provide ad hoc reporting and financial analysis for new partnerships.
• Track, report, analyze, and forecast cash, providing insights to leadership.
• Understand financial statements and support the Accounting team.
• Collaborate with the finance team for investor and board member queries.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Investment Banking, M&A Consulting, or corporate finance.
• Expert level Excel financial modeling skills.
• Strong accounting knowledge to understand financial statements.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration across departments.
• Self-initiative and willingness to improve processes independently.
