In Short

• Oversee daily cash flow and liquidity planning.
• Manage banking and lending relationships.
• Administer stock compensation plans.
• Develop risk management strategies.
• Optimize investment portfolio.
• Assess financing structures and capital allocation.
• Implement treasury management systems.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations.
• Collaborate with finance and accounting teams.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to the treasury team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• ~5+ years of direct treasury experience.
• ~10+ years of total experience in finance-related roles.
• Leadership experience preferred.
• Professional certifications such as CPA, CFA, or CTP are desirable.
• Strong knowledge of capital markets and financial risk management.
• Experience with Canada/US cross-border banking.
• Experience with treasury management systems and financial modeling tools.
• Excellent analytical and decision-making skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
