Director of Treasury - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Corporate Treasury Manager to lead and optimize our corporate treasury functions, managing cash flow, debt facilities, interest rate hedging instruments, foreign exchange, and intercompany transactions.

In Short

• Design and implement the corporate treasury function to enhance financial operations.
• Review and manage the daily cash position and cash flow forecasting.
• Manage the 13+ week cash flow forecasting model for U.S. and international operations.
• Prepare interest expense forecasts and collaborate with FP&A and accounting teams.
• Oversee term debt and revolving credit facility management.
• Manage interest rate hedging instruments and monitor settlements.
• Assess foreign currency transactions for FX exposure risk.
• Oversee intercompany transactions and transfer pricing.
• Conduct analysis of U.S. monthly bank fees for cost savings.
• Control the opening and closing of bank accounts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or relevant certification preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in treasury management or similar fields.
• Strong understanding of cash management and financial instruments.
• Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proven leadership skills and experience in managing teams.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
