Senior Director, Treasury - Remote

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Treasury leader to join our dynamic Treasury team at Nielsen, where you will direct and manage global Treasury operations, impacting strategic initiatives and collaborating with senior leadership.

In Short

• Direct and manage global Treasury operations activities.
• Oversee day-to-day cash management liquidity for the US.
• Build, lead, and coach a global Treasury operations team.
• Support management and execution of debt and credit facilities.
• Coordinate funding and settlement of M&A transactions.
• Optimize global cash management through partnerships.
• Maintain banking relationships and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Design and implement best practices for Treasury processes.
• Support special projects as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or related field; MBA or CTP certification a plus.
• 8+ years of experience in finance with global Treasury operations experience preferred.
• Strong analytical skills, including financial modeling.
• Hands-on experience using banking portals.
• Ability to develop constructive relationships across the organization.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Resourceful self-starter with ability to work independently.
• Management experience with a proven track record of developing employees.
