In Short

• Develop subject matter expertise in assigned Gracenote products.
• Support pre-sales activities by assessing product applications.
• Gather client use cases and propose technical solutions.
• Provide level-2 maintenance customer support.
• Draft responses to RFP/RFIs and new business inquiries.
• Support product development and enhancement efforts.
• Act as a technical consultant during customer engagement.
• Maintain high technical knowledge of Gracenote’s product portfolio.
• Provide post-sale customer support and training.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product delivery quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or software engineering.
• 3-5 years engineering experience in consumer electronics or related fields.
• Knowledge of Embedded and Server based systems.
• Proficiency with data feed types and analysis tools.
• Experience with database and scripting technologies.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Technical writing skills are a plus.
• International experience is a plus.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally.
• Demonstrated leadership and organizational skills.
