• Manage end-to-end recruiting for Product Design and Creative teams.
• Lead hiring for Design teams and partner with hiring managers.
• Source strong design talent through innovative channels.
• Act as a full-cycle recruiter from sourcing to closing.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Product Design and/or Creative recruiting.
• Proven track record of filling roles across multiple levels.
• Comfortable operating as a full-stack recruiter.
• Strong sourcing skills and relationship-building with talent.
• Ability to manage multiple roles in a fast-paced environment.
• Prioritize exceptional candidate experience.
• Extremely organized and able to balance competing priorities.
• Data-focused with a measure of pipeline health.
