Overview

The Partner Sales team is looking for a new talent in Belgium to join its team of Business Developers. Your mission is to be the reference point for the Partners team and convince sports venues to join our network, strengthening our status as the European leader.

In Short

  • Be the reference point for the Partners team in Belgium.
  • Acquire new sports partners within the Gymlib network.
  • Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Monitor the market and become an expert in fitness and wellness.
  • Participate in exhibitions and local events to grow your network.
  • Support existing partners and optimize relationships.
  • Meet KPIs and achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-team objectives.
  • Regularly report activities in CRM.
  • Engage in team rituals and meetings.

Requirements

  • Graduate of a business school or equivalent.
  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the fitness industry.
  • Strong communication skills in French, Dutch, and English.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Natural salesperson and skilled networker.
  • Curious, adaptable, and a collaborative team player.
  • Open to feedback and eager to learn.
