Tasked with achieving Partner Sales quotas, PSMs leverage their expertise to generate revenue and influence decision-making while collaborating closely with partners.

Requirements

  • 7-10 years of SaaS selling experience as a top performer.
  • Familiarity with partner ecosystems and strategic alliances.
  • Solution selling capability for consultative sales processes.
  • Polished confidence in presenting to C-level executives.
  • Project management skills for complex partner interactions.
  • Coaching and enablement skills for partner sellers.
  • Ability to travel when necessary (50%).
  • Bachelor's degree or MBA encouraged.
