The Partner Sales Manager (PSM) role is essential in driving growth through strategic partnerships in today’s competitive landscape. Tasked with achieving Partner Sales quotas, PSMs leverage their expertise to generate revenue and influence decision-making while collaborating closely with partners.

  • Foster a culture of collaboration and communication.
  • Participate in career action planning with management.
  • Travel as necessary (50%).

Requirements

  • 7-10 years of SaaS selling experience as a top performer.
  • Familiarity with partner ecosystems and strategic alliances.
  • Solution selling capability to drive consultative sales.
  • Polished confidence in presenting to C-level executives.
  • Project management skills for complex partner interactions.
  • Coaching and enablement skills for partner sellers.
  • Scale mindset and ability to enable others.
  • Passion for winning and creative solutioning.
  • Bachelor's degree or MBA encouraged.
  • Ability to travel when necessary.
