Customer Service Representative for Digital Fitness Apps (m/f/d) - Remote Option

Overview

This role involves engaging with customers to support them with questions regarding our software products, apps, and interfaces, working in an international and fast-paced environment, with the option to work remotely in Germany.

In Short

• You will be the first point of contact for customers regarding EGYM Digital products.
• You will analyze technical processes and act as a liaison with colleagues in Product, Sales, and Customer Success.
• You will take proactive responsibility for ensuring smooth daily operations.
• You will document all customer inquiries and solutions in our CRM system (Salesforce).
• You should have a completed vocational training, preferably with an IT focus.
• You should possess technical affinity and problem-solving skills.
• You need to speak fluent German and English; additional languages are a plus.
• You should be able to independently resolve complex customer inquiries.
• You will enjoy flexibility in your work schedule and remote working options.

Requirements

• Completed vocational training, preferably in IT or related fields.
• Experience in customer support or service in a digital environment.
• High problem-solving skills and strong organizational abilities.
• Fluency in German and English; knowledge of Spanish or French is a plus.
