Overview

This role involves engaging with customers and assisting them with inquiries about our software products and apps, working in a fast-paced international environment.

In Short

  • First point of contact for customers regarding EGYM Digital products.
  • Analyze technical processes and act as a liaison with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
  • Proactively manage the operational daily business to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Document all customer inquiries and solutions in our CRM system (Salesforce).

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training, preferably with an IT focus, and experience in Customer Support.
  • Technical affinity and a problem-solving mindset.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Fluent in German and English; additional languages like Spanish or French are a plus.
