  • You help identify trends and recurring issues to proactively offer solutions.
  • You maintain our customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction is always at the forefront.

Requirements

  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a similar role in a team environment.
  • IT Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

  • You live within the vicinity of Dortmund.
