Interim HR Business Partner - Remote

Overview

As an HR Business Partner, you will support the Commercial leadership team within the UK & Ireland in various HR functions, aligning with global HR priorities.

In Short

• Consult with leaders in designated client groups within the UK and European region.
• Employ effective change management strategies.
• Support organizational change and design.
• Formulate partnerships across the global HR function.
• Work closely with local leadership to improve engagement and retention.
• Manage TUPE projects as required.
• Lead annual processes related to talent management.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition on recruitment activities.
• Manage complex employee relations issues.
• Provide coaching and counseling to employees and management.

Requirements

• Minimum CIPD level 5.
• Experience in a business-facing HR role.
• Strong employee relations experience.
• Change Management and organizational development experience.
• 12 month contract commitment.
