In Short

  • Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive ecosystem strategy.
  • Scale and optimize the Agency Partner Program.
  • Establish strategies for partner assignment and quota distribution.

  • Monitor and enhance partner performance through key metrics.
  • Provide executive-level reporting on partnership ROI and pipeline influence.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in channel partnerships or business development.
  • Proven track record of generating $1M+ in attributable revenue.
  • Experience in the nonprofit sector or consultant-heavy industries preferred.
  • Deep understanding of modern partnership strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills for building business cases.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills with C-level executives.
  • Experience with Salesforce and partner management tools.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
