Overview

As an Account Manager at RateHawk, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and developing relationships with our clients and consolidating our presence on the local market.

In Short

  • Expand and consolidate presence in the assigned territory;
  • Maintain and develop relationships with signed partners;
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and grow opportunities;
  • Provide system training to partners;
  • Position the brand through product presentations;
  • Address incident issues and ensure partner support;
  • Oversee transaction processing accuracy;
  • Travel approximately 30% of the time for business;
  • Conduct market and competitive analysis;
  • Provide regular reporting through CRM;
  • Maximize API deals with partners.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management or business development in the travel industry;
  • In-depth understanding of the region's travel market;
  • Fluent in French and advanced English;
  • Up to 30% travel time may be required;
  • Having a car is mandatory;
  • Strong analytical skills;
  • Proactive and results-focused personal skills;
  • International mindset;
  • Competence in API technology deals is a plus.
