In Short

  • This role is a remote, field-based position that will require traveling around the greater New York area.
  • Oversee and manage relations between Nutrabolt and DSD Distributor Partners.
  • Provide direction to the field sales force and work alongside the NRS team.
  • Responsible for aligning with Distributor Partners and assessing market conditions.
  • Requires 60% travel.
  • Lead a dynamic team of distribution management and sales professionals.
  • Manage performance through distribution and sales KPIs.
  • Work cross-functionally with various teams to drive market support.
  • Focus on performance to revenue targets and execution goals.
  • Participate in the Management Bonus Plan.

Requirements

  • 4-6 years of related experience with a proven track record.
  • Strategic thinker with strong business acumen.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experienced in negotiation, trade budgeting, and retail programming.
  • Pre-existing working relationships with distributor partners preferred.
  • Bachelor’s Degree required.
  • Must live near a major airport.
  • Valid Driver's License and current vehicle liability insurance required.
  • Must be able to lift 25lbs+.
