Overview

Teads is seeking a motivated seller to join our growing Sales team as a Sales Director, focusing on promoting the sale of our platform to key agency and client accounts in the West Coast.

In Short

  • Develop a growing category and account list by prospecting and closing business.
  • Build strong relationships with clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a united vision.
  • Represent Teads as an active Brand Advocate.
  • Meet quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Achieve weekly activity targets (8-10 meetings per week).
  • Ensure client opportunity expectations are strategic and focused.
  • Maintain high client satisfaction to generate renewals.

Requirements

  • 5-8+ years of digital media sales experience required.
  • Experience at a DSP, trading desk, or ad tech company.
  • Experience selling SaaS or self-serve business solutions preferred.
  • Deep relationships with Director and VP level contacts at agencies.
  • Understanding of the digital video marketplace.
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
  • BS/BA degree or equivalent work experience.
