Teads is seeking a motivated seller to join our growing Sales team as a Sales Director, focusing on promoting the sale of our platform to key agency and client accounts in the West Coast.
In Short
Develop a growing category and account list by prospecting and closing business.
Build strong relationships with clients.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a united vision.
Represent Teads as an active Brand Advocate.
Meet quarterly and annual revenue targets.
Achieve weekly activity targets (8-10 meetings per week).
Ensure client opportunity expectations are strategic and focused.
Maintain high client satisfaction to generate renewals.
Requirements
5-8+ years of digital media sales experience required.
Experience at a DSP, trading desk, or ad tech company.
Experience selling SaaS or self-serve business solutions preferred.
Deep relationships with Director and VP level contacts at agencies.
Understanding of the digital video marketplace.
Desire to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
