Overview

Lyra Technology Group is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics Cloud App Account Executive for our OpCo, Beringer Technology Group. This position will be responsible for developing and managing client relationships within Evergreen Services Group, leveraging key stakeholders and influencers to create sales opportunities with prospective clients.

In Short

  • Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities for Microsoft cloud solutions.
  • Develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders and technology firms.
  • Manage the full sales cycle including lead generation and closing.
  • Deliver tailored solutions based on client needs.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding Microsoft cloud applications.
  • Ensure successful client adoption and usage of Microsoft cloud solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless client experiences.
  • Provide ongoing client support, training, and guidance post-sale.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and emerging technologies.
  • Track and report on key account metrics.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in sales or account management in cloud computing.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft cloud applications.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to build and manage client relationships.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Team player with collaboration skills.
  • Microsoft certifications are a plus.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%.
