Overview

The Senior Account Executive is a strategic partner for clients, responsible for acquiring new clients through the sale of professional services and software licenses for Microsoft Dynamics 365.

In Short

  • Contribute to Talan's growth using a consultative sales approach.
  • Define winning sales strategies and mobilize solutions.
  • Lead and coordinate sales opportunities collaboratively.
  • Generate comprehensive responses to RFI and RFP.
  • Lead executive presentation meetings for prospective clients.
  • Proactively prospect for new clients and generate opportunities.
  • Establish long-term relationships with Microsoft's sales team.
  • Participate in industry associations and conferences.
  • Maintain and manage sales processes and systems.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction in coordination with project delivery managers.

Requirements

  • Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in external sales.
  • Ability to conduct business discussions with C-level executives.
  • Understanding of business objectives in finance and supply chain.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven leadership skills and ability to implement process efficiencies.
  • Customer-oriented with strong relationship-building skills.
  • Experience working with business partners like Microsoft.
  • Demonstrated planning and organizational skills.
  • Strong drive to succeed in selling complex solutions.
  • Willingness to travel is required.
