Overview

As a Documentation Analyst for Cash Management, you will be responsible for updating and maintaining technical and functional implementation documentation within our repository. Your role will focus on producing high-quality user manuals and reference materials for payment and account statement processes, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and compliance with industry standards.

In Short

  • Update and maintain the implementation documentation repository for cash management products.
  • Draft clear and structured manuals, guides, and reference documentation for technical and business stakeholders.
  • Document messaging rules and workflows for SWIFT, XML, and related formats.
  • Ensure all documentation complies with internal quality standards and industry specifications.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to clarify technical requirements and processes.
  • Manage version control of documents, ensuring consistency across updates.
  • Organize and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines, working with minimal supervision.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in drafting and updating user manuals and functional documentation.
  • Excellent written communication skills in English (C1) and Spanish (C1).
  • Knowledge of cash management products: account statements and payment instruments.
  • Advanced Excel skills for data organization and analysis.
  • Intermediate knowledge of SWIFT MT101 and XML formats.
  • Familiarity with MT940/942, BAI2, and camt.053/052 statement formats.
  • Understanding of the bank reconciliation process.
