Overview

Lyra Technology Group is seeking a seasoned HubSpot specialist to lead the rollout of HubSpot CRM across its portfolio of operating companies. This is a high-impact role where you’ll consult with business leaders, design and implement automations, and embed best practices to maximize HubSpot’s potential.

• Collaborate Remotely: Work with the Growth team to refine strategies and improve deployment.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM, including Enterprise edition.
• Proven ability to design and implement HubSpot automations.
• Strong track record of advising businesses on CRM best practices.
• Willingness to travel extensively (up to 50% of the time).
• Proactive, solutions-oriented approach to complex challenges.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, remote environment.
• Bonus Points: HubSpot certifications and experience in private equity or multi-company environments.
