Overview

We are looking for an Account and business development manager to help us optimize and scale our B2B sales and customer success processes. You will manage the full pipeline from lead generation and outbound engagement to demos, onboarding, and account growth.

In Short

  • Manage and optimize the full sales pipeline in HubSpot.
  • Drive outbound strategies via email and LinkedIn.
  • Conduct cold outreach to qualify leads.
  • Present SaaS product demos and guide onboarding.
  • Manage ongoing customer accounts for satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with customer success and marketing teams.
  • Use tools like Apollo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Monitor and optimize sales performance.

Requirements

  • C2-level fluency in German and English.
  • Strong expertise with HubSpot CRM.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills.
  • Independent and performance-driven mindset.
  • Proven B2B sales experience (nice to have).
  • Experience in cold outreach and SaaS demos.
