Overview

We are looking for an experienced individual with a passion for sales, communication, and technology, who works independently and goal-oriented. As a Senior Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will play a key role in B2B sales by building contacts with decision-makers, qualifying leads, and contributing directly to the company's growth.

In Short

  • Responsible for the entire process from lead generation to appointment setting.
  • Conduct structured sales conversations with companies, persuading through expertise and empathy.
  • Present our software solution in online demos, explaining benefits, features, and value.
  • Work with HubSpot and use tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or Clay for targeted research.
  • Support the development of sales workflows, automations, and reports.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and customer success to continuously improve customer experiences.

Requirements

  • Native-level German, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • At least 2 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in the SaaS or software sector.
  • Confident on the phone and able to persuade and inspire people.
  • Experience with HubSpot or a similar CRM system.
  • Structured, analytical, and results-oriented work style.
  • Enjoyment of technology, digital tools, and new communication methods.
