  • Engage in the sales process from initial contact to contract closure.
  • Maintain and expand the B2B sales pipeline in HubSpot.
  • Develop and execute targeted outbound campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and phone.
  • Qualify leads and schedule meetings with potential customers.
  • Conduct product presentations and live demos for various target groups.
  • Analyze sales activities to improve processes and success rates.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and management for optimized outreach.
  • Work independently with a structured and results-oriented approach.
  • Remote work with flexible scheduling.

Requirements

  • Excellent to native-level German (C2).
  • Proven experience in B2B sales or as a Sales Development Representative (SDR).
  • Enjoyment of phone communication and a persuasive demeanor.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt quickly to new tools and systems.
  • Experience with HubSpot, Apollo, or Sales Navigator is helpful but not required.
  • Reliable internet connection for seamless online meetings and customer calls.
