Sales Representative - SaaS & B2B (German) - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a motivated Sales Representative (Senior/Middle SDR) to drive our B2B SaaS sales process from lead generation to deal closure while working remotely from anywhere in the world.

In Short

• Manage and optimize the full B2B sales pipeline in HubSpot.
• Execute outbound strategies via email, LinkedIn, and phone.
• Conduct cold outreach and qualify leads for demos.
• Present SaaS demos tailored to customer needs and industries.
• Collaborate with marketing and leadership to refine messaging and ICPs.
• Analyze performance data to improve conversion and shorten sales cycles.
• Fluent in German (C2 or native/near-native) and English (C1C2).
• Proven B2B sales experience (as SDR, Sales Rep, or similar).
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
• Independent, structured, and performance-driven mindset.
