Overview

We are looking for an experienced Sales Representative (Senior/Middle SDR) to scale our entire B2B sales funnel from lead generation to contract closure in a fully remote environment.

  • Manage and optimize the entire sales funnel in HubSpot.
  • Develop and implement effective outbound strategies via email & LinkedIn.
  • Conduct cold outreach, qualify leads, and schedule appointments.
  • Perform SaaS product demos and tailor presentations to different audiences.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and leadership to refine messaging and lead qualification.
  • Analyze performance data to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Work in a fast-growing B2B SaaS environment.

Requirements

  • Native or near-native German (C2 level) proficiency.
  • English proficiency (C1/C2) for international coordination.
  • Experience in B2B sales, ideally as (Senior) SDR or Sales Representative.
  • Strong communication skills and confidence in phone interactions.
  • Quick learner of new tools and software systems.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot CRM, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or Clay is a plus.
  • Analytical thinking and performance-oriented work style.
  • Stable internet connection for online meetings and customer calls.
