Senior Sales/Business Development Representative (SDR/BDR) - Remote

Overview

Kuyua is looking for an experienced Sales/Business Development Representative (SDR/BDR) to drive our growth in the DACH region. You have experience in enterprise SaaS sales, are interested in topics like climate change and nature loss, and are ready to understand and communicate these complex issues to potential customers. You speak fluent German and are eager to play a key role in the success of Kuyua (and in saving our planet).

In Short

• Identify needs and interests of potential customers and build relationships with decision-makers across various industries.
• Proactively contact target customers via phone, email, and social media as the first point of contact.
• Schedule meetings and ensure a smooth start to the sales cycle.
• Maintain customer interactions and information in the CRM system for efficient lead management.
• Responsible for the entire first phase of the sales cycle, developing new outreach strategies with the team.
• Expand promising contacts by scheduling initial product demo appointments for the account executive.
• Organize yourself and your appointments independently, taking care of the preparation and follow-up of your conversations.

Requirements

• Determination, persistence, and the ambition to be responsible for your own success.
• Enjoyment of active calling and professional direct sales with a strong customer orientation.
• Good presentation skills and the ability to easily inspire people.
• Very good knowledge of German, both spoken and written.
