Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) / Business Development Representative (BDR) to spearhead our outbound sales efforts. This is a pure cold outreach role, targeting decision-makers in architecture and engineering firms. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for sales, prospecting, and business growth—this role is for you!

In Short

  • Conduct 100% cold outreach via phone, email, LinkedIn, and other channels.
  • Research and engage key decision-makers in architecture and engineering firms.
  • Achieve and exceed daily/weekly/monthly KPIs.
  • Communicate our value proposition and uncover pain points.
  • Secure and coordinate discovery/demo meetings for Account Executives.
  • Accurately log activities and track prospecting efforts using CRM systems.
  • Provide feedback on outreach effectiveness and contribute to sales strategies.
  • Develop a strong understanding of industry challenges and emerging technologies.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in sales or business development is a plus.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Knowledge of the architecture and engineering industry is beneficial.
