Account Executive, Deel HR | DACH - Remote

Overview

As an Account Executive for Deel HR, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by developing and nurturing client relationships in the DACH region, focusing on growing our HR-specific product in the market.

In Short

• Lead and own Deel HR expansion within the DACH Region.
• Create pipeline across various teams including AEs, AMs, SDRs, and Partners.
• Grow and manage your own targeted account list.
• Manage the customer buying journey and provide expertise to prospective customers.
• Meet or exceed quarterly and yearly revenue targets.
• Qualify and understand client requirements to adapt solutions.
• Keep CRM system updated with customer information and forecasts.
• 3+ years of sales experience required.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Desire to work in a fast-paced startup environment.

Requirements

• 3+ years of sales experience.
• Previous experience in HR tech sales is ideal.
• Proven track record in developing a greenfield territory.
• Experience in cross-functional teams.
• Fluent in German and English.
