Support our DACH sales team with your experience as an Account Executive in full-time (40h/week).

In Short

  • You will be the central contact person for our (potential) customers in the German-speaking region and build strong, trusting relationships.
  • You actively listen, understand your customers' challenges, and convince with a consultative sales approach.
  • You develop thoughtful territory strategies to sustainably build and manage your sales area.
  • You identify potentials, qualify opportunities, and consistently drive them to closure.
  • You confidently manage all phases of the sales process - from lead generation to closing.
  • You present our solutions convincingly and hold meetings that create real value.
  • You clearly articulate our value proposition and excite with tangible arguments.
  • You work closely with internal teams such as marketing, pre-sales, and professional services to deliver the best solution for your customers.

Requirements

  • You have at least three years of experience in B2B solution sales - ideally in the software or IT environment.
  • You are familiar with selling complex, cloud-based or hybrid solutions and navigate confidently at the decision-maker level.
  • You work structured, utilize modern sales tools and methods, and always keep your goals in sight - and often beyond.
  • You enjoy uncovering new customer potentials and further developing existing accounts.
  • You like to think one step ahead, are curious about innovative solutions, and bring fresh impulses to customer conversations.
  • You have a completed degree or comparable qualification - and are eager to continuously develop yourself.
  • You express yourself clearly, professionally, and stylistically in German - this is essential for your role as an advisor and sparring partner.
  • Communication in English - within the team or with international customers - is natural for you.
  • You enjoy traveling to attend customer meetings or events on-site.
